Lifeway Cares Agency is looking for warm, dependable Home Care Aides to join our team serving families across the Greater Toledo area. This is frontline caregiving work: you will be the person our clients see most, and the reason they are able to remain safely in their own homes.
You will be matched with a regular caseload of clients so you can build genuine relationships rather than rushing between unfamiliar faces. Visits cover personal care, homemaking, companionship and respite support, depending on each client care plan.
We welcome both experienced STNAs and applicants currently completing certification. What matters most to us is reliability, patience and real compassion — the clinical skills we can support you to build.
